During his career he has engineered and built a vast portfolio of projects, seismically retrofitted over 1,000 buildings including multifamily residential buildings, commercial concrete buildings, unreinforced masonry buildings and bridges. Along with his impressive resume, Francis Iwekaogwu has also interfaced with many engineering consultants, municipal engineers, contractors, city agencies and other jurisdictions in connection with project implementations.

Francis Iwekaogwu holds two masters degrees from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (with emphasis in Structural Engineering) from Utah State University & the University of Architecture, Geodesy & Structural Engineering (with emphasis in Structural Engineering Design & Construction) Sofia. 

Francis Iwekaogwu is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.
